How we handle your personal data (PDPA)
King’s Cross Academy respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
- What we collect: the details you give us in our enquiry forms, by phone, WhatsApp or email — such as your name, phone number, email, your child’s age or school year, where you live and your message.
- Why: to reply to your enquiry, arrange school visits and placement assessments, and handle admissions. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
- Who sees it: our admissions and administration staff, and our website provider who maintains this site. Form messages are stored securely in our website system and sent to our school email.
- How long: enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for admissions and then deleted.
- Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing kingscrossmy@gmail.com.
- Cookies: this website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and, on our forms, Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam.
